All of our plans provide you with a secure client portal where you can fill out a 'request' form with specific instructions and ability to upload any necessary files. There's also a dashboard view where you can track progress as your tasks are completed.
Depending on your plan we have varying Chat hours available. We can provide a dedicated Slack channel for direct chat. Response times are usually under 15 minutes. More than likely within a couple (cause we're crazy like that)!
If you need something that’s not included in your plan, we’re happy to see if we can help. What we’ll likely need is a more formal quoting and proposal process to define the scope.
You can start that process by letting us know what you need via your support channel or client portal and we’ll get back to you with next steps.
If required, we’ll set up a call to chat about your needs and where it fits into your strategy.
If you need additional services on a routine basis (for example, scheduling and sending emails, social media, etc.) we can also chat about a custom add-on to your plan that will fit that need for you.
We set up a monthly recurring payment via our Hosting were you can pay via Stripe, Credit Card, or ACH transfer.
If you have a request that requires more than your dedicated monthly time, we’ll provide a quote for you to approve separately from your plan.
With your approval, we’ll work past the included time and bill for time exceeded at a discounted 'member' rate as of 1st January 2022 of $75/hour
